TELL A FRIEND
Tell your friends, family members, coworkers, or neighbors about Goldfarb Properties and encourage them to explore our available apartments.

THEY APPLY
When completing their apartment application, your friend must list your name in the referral section.

GET REWARDED
If your friend signs a lease and moves in, you'll receive a rent credit based on the property they choose.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
PARTICIPATION ELIGIBILITY
To participate, you must be 18+ years of age and a current resident in good standing with Goldfarb Properties. You are not permitted to refer people that are current or returning Goldfarb Properties residents. Your name must appear on the lease to participate.
REFERRAL QUALIFICATIONS
Referrals must be approved before lease signing and meet all the standard resident qualifications. They must fill out an application and sign a lease before the expiration date. The lease start date must be within 2 weeks of the lease signing. Referrals should include your name in the appropriate application field.
THE PAYOUT
You will earn a rent credit up to $750 off of one month's rent at our Manhattan properties, $500 off at Maple Gardens in New Jersey, or $250 off of one month's rent at our Bronx, Westchester or Queens, for each qualified referral. You can refer up to five friends within the offer timeline. This offer expires on October 31, 2026. All referrals made after this date will not be rewarded. Rewards are subject to investigation. Goldfarb Properties may delay the reward to verify Terms and Conditions were followed. Rent credit will be distributed weeks following referral move-in.
TERMS
Goldfarb Properties can update or modify any of the terms contained in the offer and the method for which earnings are distributed. Goldfarb Properties reserves the right to deem residents ineligible for reward earnings if Terms and Conditions are breached in any way.
