How do I apply?


You are required to have an income that is 43 times the amount of the monthly rent. For example, if the rent for an apartment is $2,000 a month, applicant(s) must document no less than $86,000 in annual income ($2,000 X 43). Additionally, we review an applicant’s capacity to pay the rent after meeting their current monthly debt obligations.

If you have a housing voucher. You are required to have an income that is 40 times your portion of the monthly rent. If your portion of the rent is $500, applicant(s) must document no less than $20,000 in annual income ($500 X 40). Additionally, we review an applicant’s capacity to pay rent after meeting their current monthly debt obligations.

If you have a housing voucher that covers 100% of your monthly rent there is no income requirement.
